416 pages of Tick goodness – overall very satisfied with the comic book from New England Press. This is the entire Tick comic book series without the specials (that is a separate comic) that is black and white only, paper back, and just fun to read. I am a huge tick fan, so it is great to see the collected works here from the mainline series. The art is great, and Ben Edlund adds to the process by some special add-ons that will not be found in other Tick books.
This was a fun read, and if you have kids, this makes a great bedtime story book for kids 12 and under. This is one of the few comics you can simply hand over to the kids and let them go read it on their own as well if story time isn’t something you do. Overall good quality, fun to read, and simply full of Tick goodness. Rated five of five stars, well worth adding to your collection and the bonus pages are very well done. Not just a rehash of older Tick comics that you have read repeatedly, but a nicely packaged and well presented collection from New England Press.
